HeavyQuip opened a new branch in Reno as part of the company’s national expansion plan Oct. 1.

Jerry Jergensen, territory manager, western division of HeavyQuip said that the new 18,000 sq. ft. (1,670 sq m) location will serve customers in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Alaska and Hawaii.

“HeavyQuip has been a major supplier of heavy equipment since 1852,” Jergensen said. “The company is based mainly in the southeast part of the country but, with the opening of the Oklahoma and Reno branches, this gives us a better opportunity to serve our customers in the Midwest and West.”

The new branch is located at 445 Coney Island Drive, Suite A, in Sparks, Nev.

The Reno store carries undercarriages for all brands of crawler equipment, paver parts, rubber tracks, engine parts, final drive and transmission parts including equipment by Caterpillar, John Deere and Komatsu.
