Fecon announced the addition of Luby Equipment as a new distributor for Missouri and Illinois. Luby sells new and used construction machinery from locations in Cape Girardeau, Fenton and O'Fallon, Mo., and Caseyville, Quincy and Springfield, Ill. Fecon recently hosted Sen. Rob Portman, delegates from the United Way of Warren County and students involved with Fecon's apprentice program for a roundtable discussion on workforce development. Bob Dieckman has been appointed Fecon CEO. He will replace retiring CEO and Founder John Heekin. Dieckman comes from a Hillenbrand subsidiary, Rotex Global LLC, where he served in a variety of executive positions for 12 years, most recently as president.
