MBB Equipment Rentals LLC (MBB) in Conroe, TX, has entered into a Volvo CE Rents franchise agreement to own and operate Volvo CE Rents centers for its construction market.

Volvo CE Rents equipment centers are independently owned and operated franchises within the Volvo Construction Equipment rental program. The new Houston-area rental center will carry, in addition to Volvo construction equipment, a comprehensive line of essential equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial and homeowner markets.

Volvo products for its franchised rental centers include its comprehensive line of compact excavators and wheel loaders and the company’s backhoe and skid steer loaders.

The Volvo CE Rents program covers all aspects of an operating rental business model and was designed and developed by Volvo Construction Equipment Rents Inc.

Program features include use of the Volvo brand, financial assistance, a fleet purchasing program for non-Volvo products, a Volvo CE Rents proprietary software program, training, facility design and regional and local marketing.

Volvo CE Rents began its equipment rental franchise initiative in 2001. The company now has equipment rental centers open in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, California, Tennessee, Ohio, South Carolina, Louisiana, New York, Minnesota, Arkansas, New Jersey, Alabama, Kentucky, Illinois, New Mexico, Washington, Pennsylvania, Texas, Mississippi, Maryland, and Canada.

In addition to these operating franchises, the company has franchise agreements with other business interests seeking independently owned and operated franchise opportunities in the equipment rental business.
