Perimeter Bobcat ’Cares’ About Customer Maintenance

Perimeter Bobcat held a Bobcare Clinic on Nov. 13, at its Conley, GA, location. About 25 customers/Bobcat owners attended and were given an opportunity to further their knowledge of preventative maintenance, overall machine care, and to give them a first-hand look at the newest in machine and machine attachments that are available from Melroe.

Last year, the company held an annual Bobcare Clinic at its four locations. This year, Perimeter Bobcat tried something different. It has been holding smaller Bobcare Clinics every two months at its Atlanta/ Norcross facility. This clinic, held at the Conley facility, was a request from customers.

Customers were able to enjoy good food, giveaways and 10 percent off in Perimeter Bobcat’s parts department.

According to the company, the smaller Bobcare Clinics work better for both the staff and the customers. “The customers seem to be more comfortable in smaller groups, more likely to ask questions. We are able to service them better in that sense,” said Claire Goeble of Perimeter Bobcat.

“We want customers to be more comfortable with their machines. We want them to know how to do the basic maintenance on them — whether it is changing the oil or adjusting the tracks,” she added.

According to David Buehler, service manager of the Atlanta facility, the event had a “great response and a very good turnout. We are very happy with the response we got from the customers.”

Perimeter Bobcat will hold its next Bobcare Clinic from 3-5 p.m. Jan 8, at its Atlanta location.
