PIRTEK USA announced the release of a new high pressure hose to its range.
The part number for the new hose is PJK-04. It is a 10,000 psi (690 bar) static working pressure PIRTEK branded jacking hose. This hose is manufactured with the abrasion resistant PIRTEKTOR cover. Unlike the other hoses in the PIRTEK hydraulic range this specific hose, due to its application and in line with industry standard, has a 2:1 safety factor compared to usual 4:1.
This hose assembly is specifically for use in non-impulse applications such as hydraulic jacks used with petroleum based fluids within a temperature range of -40 to 120F.
