Here are a few of the projects keeping Schlouch’s teams productive through the fall and winter months:
Berks County
The Township of Muhlenberg has named Schlouch Incorporated to provide reconstruction services for 1.25 mi. of Hay Road Phases 2 and 3 in Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, Pa. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, storm sewers, water line installation, roads, concrete and paving. Work will be completed in fall 2015.
Chester County
Hankin Commercial Construction, Ltd. has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a 5.8-acre site for the 20-unit Northwyn Court Apartments at 803 East Boot Road, West Chester, West Whiteland Township, Chester County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs and paving. Work will be completed in spring 2016.
Charnwood Property Group LLC has named Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the residential site for 16 single-family homes and 23 townhouses. Called Washington Square Phase 2, the project is located in East Vincent Township, Chester County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the fall 2015.
Liberty Commercial Development Corporation has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site for Oakcrest Phase II, a residential community featuring 63 single-family homes. Oakcrest is located at Glencrest Road and Franklin Street, Valley Township, Chester County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, concrete, curbs and paving. Work will be completed in the fall 2015.
Delaware County
Haverford College has selected Schlouch Incorporated to install a track and turf at its campus at 370 Lancaster Avenue, Haverford Township, Delaware County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, sediment/erosion control, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in fall 2015.
Lehigh County
Lehigh Valley Health Network has named Schlouch Incorporated to install a 14-acre parking lot at its facility on Cedar Crest Boulevard and I-78 in Allentown, Salisbury Township, Lehigh County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, storm sewer, concrete, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding. Work will be completed in the fall 2015.
K&M Associates Inc. named Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a 20-acre site for Parkland Fields Phase 4, a 58-building-lot project at Schantz and Krocks Roads, Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in spring 2016.
Montgomery County
Envision Land Use has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site for the Estates at Macoby Run —Phase 4A, a 65 single-home residential community. Estates at Macoby Run is located at Cedarbrook Lane and 11th Street, Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, concrete, curbs and paving. Work will be completed in the fall 2015.
The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the 5-acre site for iFly Indoor Skydiving on Goddard Boulevard, King of Prussia, Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pa. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, sediment/erosion control, curbs and paving. Work will be completed in spring 2016.
