The Delaware Contractors Association presented Eugene M. Julian, vice president of Eastern States Construction Service Inc. with this year’s Richard P. DiSabatino Sr. Award at the association’s annual meeting held at the First USA Riverfront Arts Center.

“The Dickie” is presented annually to that individual who has worked diligently during the past calendar year to advance the goals of the association. Julian is a past president of the association and presently serves on the DCA finance committee. He is the chair of the building maintenance committee and represents the association at monthly meetings with the New Castle County executive and his staff.

John J. McMahon Jr., Delaware Contractors Association executive vice president, said “that knowing Mr. Julian’s demanding schedule, DCA greatly appreciates his time, energy and commitment to the association’s various committees and programs.”
