On Jan. 29, Indeco hosted the Utility Contractors Association of Connecticut's first meeting of 2020. Members from all over the state were treated to dinner, served by Grand A Pizza and beverage services by The Orange Ale House and Grill. Before dinner and raffle prizes, Mike Fischer, president and CEO of Indeco North America, gave attendees a tour of the 90,000-sq.-ft.

Indeco North America, a provider of heavy-duty hydraulic breakers, compactors, crushers and pedestal booms for demanding demolition, mining, recycling and road construction applications, introduced its ISS 35/60 steel shear product. Effectively rounding out the company’s popular ISS steel shear product line for the scrap and recycling industry, the Indeco ISS 35/60 steel shears feature a dual-profile piercing tip, four reversible, interchangeable main cutting blades, an extremely wide jaw opening and continuous 360 degree rotation.

Indeco held steel shear product training in conjunction with its national sales and service meeting Sept. 4 through 6 at its main U.S. facility in Milford, Conn. All U.S. and Canadian field personnel were on hand for the training, as well as delegates from Indeco subsidiaries in Great Britain and Australia.

Indeco North America has added the IRC Series rotary cutting head to its line of non-impact demolition attachments. The Indeco rotary cutting head is a compact tool that can handle different types of trenching and demolition jobs. The rotary cutting head is the right tool for jobs where materials are too soft for a hydraulic breaker or too hard for a bucket to be used.

“You can never have too much of a good thing.” The good things at Martin Stone Quarries located in Bechtelsville, Pa., are its Terex trucks. Martin Stone Quarries has five Terex 3309s and have served the company well. So well that one of the trucks is still going strong with 34,000 hours on it.

Indeco North America, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic demolition attachments used in the construction, demolition and aggregate industries, has recently moved into a new facility located at 135 Research Dr., Milford, Conn. Indeco has been selling its complete line of hammers in the United States since 1991 and over the years has continually expanded its distribution network, which now covers most of North America.

South Plainfield equipment dealer JESCO has recently been purchased by Jon Robustelli from his father Lou. Lou will remain a part of the business as a consultant. Jon is now the president of JESCO, he previously had been the vice president. Cris Robustelli, Lou’s eldest son also is involved in the family business serving as the company’s MIS manager.

After just three years in business, EESSCO has been so successful with serving aggregate producers in New England that it outgrew its original facility. As a result, the company recently moved into a new, much larger facility located at 275 Centre St., Unit 14, in Holbrook, MA, just 20 mi.
