Tri-Parts and Service Names Rowedda Inside Customer Service Representative

Tri-Parts and Service has hired Edward Rowedda as its inside customer service representative.

Rowedda will be responsible for all walk-in customer support, as well as phone-in support for customers on the Delmarva peninsula. Additionally, Rowedda will oversee all incoming and outgoing parts shipments and provide backup support for Tri-Part’s service department.

In 1996, Rowedda became a certified diesel technician, but soon after he began broadening his horizons.

“I worked as a parts/shift supervisor at Travel Port,” he said. “With the experience I obtained there, I was able to land this job with Tri-Parts and Service when I moved to Delaware this past October. I look forward to personal and professional growth with Tri-Parts and Service, as well as the customer relations that will develop worldwide.”
