Altorfer Holdings Inc. announced that it has acquired Patten Industries, Inc., the Caterpillar dealer in northern Illinois and northwest Indiana. Altorfer Inc. announced Brett Peters as machine sales representative of Altorfer's construction division in northeast Missouri. Peters will represent the full Caterpillar product line of Altorfer in Schuyler, Scotland, Clark, Adair, Knox, Lewis, Macon, Shelby, Marion, Monroe, Ralls and Pike counties.
