Mack Trucks announced a multi-year partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) that will see Mack donate proceeds from the sales of a limited edition production run of pink Mack Anthem diecast models.
Mack made an initial donation of $10,000 to NBCF and will contribute up to $25,000 more over the next two years as sales of the unique diecast models continue.
Mack Trucks donated $25,000 in proceeds from sales of the Mack #ThankATrucker Life Is Good T-shirt to the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund (SCF), a nonprofit offering financial assistance to ill or injured professional drivers and health and wellness programs.
Mack Trucks has delivered a pre-production Mack LR Electric model to Republic Services to begin in-service trials in the demanding refuse segment.

Mack Trucks announced plans to commercialize the Mack LR Electric, its refuse model equipped with a fully electric integrated Mack drivetrain.
Orders for the Mack LR Electric will open in Q4 2020, with deliveries beginning in 2021.

Mack Trucks announced that effective Oct. 1, 2020, Gunnar Brunius has been appointed vice president and general manager of Mack's Lehigh Valley Operations. The facility, which is located in Lower Macungie Township, Pa., produces all heavy-duty Mack truck models built for North American and export markets.

The event highlighted key features of the MD Series exterior, such as sharp wheel cut for maneuverability and industry-best bumper-to-back-of-cab (BBC) measurement, as well as interior features, including a standard air-ride driver's seat and an ergonomically designed dash.
