Ron Weaver has been a member of Continental Equipment Company, Dallas, TX, for 10 years. Weaver started his career with Continental as field technician, and since then he has worked his way up as a shop technician for the service department, a field technician for the rental department, rental service manager and fleet manager for the rental department.

Weaver currently serves as the company’s machinery manager for the sales department.

“I enjoy working with the sales department team and I feel like I can be a real benefit to the future of this department,” said Weaver.

“I am responsible for the inventory of all new, all used, and all of the attachments that go with both,” said Weaver. “I also help with the trade in equipment,” he added.

Continental Equipment has locations in Dallas, Amarillo, Abilene, Fort Worth and Lewisville, TX, and carries Komatsu, Galion, Dresser and Gradall lines of new equipment, as well as used equipment.
