National Equipment Dealers LLC (NED)

Manitou North America welcomed National Equipment Dealers LLC to the Manitou dealer network. National Equipment Dealers will offer the full Manitou line of skid loaders, track loaders, articulated loaders and telescopic handlers at 11 locations throughout Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.

In January of this year, National Equipment Dealers LLC (NED) hired Dan Letterle as executive VP and chief sales officer for the NED organization. "Dan brings 25 plus years of dealership sales and OEM product management experience to the whole organization and will drive our sales strategy and implementation for all current and future affiliate NED companies," said Mitch Nevins, CEO NED.

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas hosted a dealer dinner in conjunction with the AED Summit in Chicago Jan. 14 to 16, 2020. The AED Summit is a premier industry event where construction equipment distributors, manufacturers and service providers are brought together able to connect with peers under one roof.

May Heavy Equipment and Rob's Hydraulics Inc. are now May/RHI. The merger of two of the largest Hyundai dealers in the country took effect Jan. 1, expanding the territory and the service menu of both. National Equipment Dealers LLC, which assumed ownership of May Heavy Equipment in January 2018, now owns the newly named May/RHI.

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas held its annual dealer meeting on Feb. 5, 2019, in conjunction with the 2019 AED Summit in Orlando, Fla. More than 80 dealer management attended Hyundai Construction Equipment's annual dealer summit, which was designed to celebrate the continued success of the Hyundai brand and gain feedback from Hyundai dealers across North America, about how to continue growing at a sustained pace year over year.

Kerry Vickar, chairman, and Mitch Nevins, CEO, announced the formation of a new company — National Equipment Dealers LLC (NED) on Jan. 5, 2018. Simultaneously, NED announced the acquisition of Four Seasons Equipment LLC, May Heavy Equipment LLC and Earthmovers Construction Equipment LLC, as well as some assets of International Iron LLC.
