Eagle Power & Equipment announced that it is now offering the Avant loader line. The Avant lineup and attachments will be available at all of its locations: Eagle Power & Equipment in Montgomeryville, Pa.; West Chester, Pa.; and New Castle, Del., and at Eagle Power Turf & Tractor in Doylestown, Pa.

Big things are happening at Eagle Power & Equipment these days. The Montgomeryville, Pa.-based equipment dealer is ramping up its presence with a major equipment line at one of its three locations, moved one of its facilities and has promoted a new parts and service professional.

Colonial Tree Service says it has come a long way since its initial days in Horsham, Pa., in 1995. Today, in 2018, the company also goes a long way to California, to Florida, to Puerto Rico and anywhere else in the United States where the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) needs assistance.

Case Construction Equipment has named its 2018 "Diamond Dealer" and "Gold Dealer" award recipients as a part of its North American Construction Equipment Partnership Program. The awards recognize dealerships across the United States and Canada for excellence in five categories including sales performance, marketing and communications, product support, parts support and training.

Eagle Power & Equipment, based in Montgomeryville, Pa., recently acquired Histand's Equipment, based in Doylestown, Pa. The acquisition, finalized April 27, 2017, was set in motion a few years ago when the owners of the two companies met to discuss other business matters.

Eagle Power and Equipment Corp. recently announced the appointment of Rodney Bush to the position of parts, service and sales representative (PSSR) after more than 25 years of service with the company. He originally worked for Case Power and Equipment and remained in the parts department when Jerry McDonald bought the company and renamed it Eagle Power and Equipment in 1996.

Congressman Ryan Costello (PA-06) visited Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) member Eagle Power & Equipment's Uwchlan, Pa., branch on March 9 to tour the facility and learn more about construction equipment. Matt McDonald, president and CEO of Eagle Power & Equipment hosted the event, leading Costello on a tour through the parts department, service shop and out through the equipment yard.

Eagle Power & Equipment founder Gerald L. “Jerry” McDonald, passed away on Aug. 22, 2015, at the age of 71. Mr. McDonald was one of the original employees of Case Power & Equipment in Montgomeryville, Pa., when he was hired in March 1970 to be the company’s controller.

The Limerick Township, Pa., public works department is not your average public works department, according to Bill Bradford, superintendent of roads. “We are very diversified,” Bradford said. “We do as much work as we can in house. In other words, we are a construction company.

David Boe has joined the staff of Eagle Power as branch manager of its Uwchlan, Pa., location. Boe will be responsible for running all aspects of the location including parts, service, rentals and sales. “We are excited to have David join us,” said Matt McDonald, equipment manager of Eagle Power & Equipment.
