Sullair, an industry leader in innovative compressed air solutions since 1965, announced that Charlie Takeuchi has been named president and chief executive officer, effective today. He succeeds Jack Carlson, who retired as president and chief executive officer.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is overseeing a nearly $90 million project that will rehabilitate the U.S. 1/Roosevelt Expressway viaduct in Philadelphia. Sullair unveiled its new 1600H Tier IV Final portable air compressor at ConExpo/Con-AGG 2017. The new compressor, powered by the Sullair 25 Series air end and a Caterpillar C15 engine, offers versatile operation, rated at 1600 cfm at 100/150 psi. Compared to previous models, the completely redesigned Tier IV Final Emissions Compliant 1600H is 20 percent smaller and 2,500 lbs.

Sullair introduced its new 400H Tier IV Final portable air compressor at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2017. The new compressor, powered by a Cummins QSF3.8 diesel engine, offers a versatile blend of flow and pressures up to 400 cfm at 150 psi, catering to a wide variety of customers in the construction and mining industries.

Sullair, an industry-leading compressed air solutions provider since 1965, today announced the appointment of Victor Arnold as vice president, sales and marketing for EMEA. In this role, Arnold will lead Sullair sales and service teams across Europe, the Middle East and African markets with a focus on continued expansion of product offerings, improved distributor performance and customer enthusiasm.

Sullair has announced that centrifugal compressors are now available through Sullair distribution channels. Sullair and IHI, two industry experts, have been part of a joint venture since 2004 designing, producing and selling advanced centrifugal compressors.
