To better serve customers, as well as enhance its capability to support military and government contracts, Mack Defense has relocated its headquarters to the Mack Customer Center (MCC) located in Allentown, Pa. The move, which was recently completed, also provides Mack Defense additional working space and access to other MCC amenities.

Mack Defense has selected Hutchinson Industries Inc. as the provider of complete wheel assemblies, beadlocks and thermal hub covers for the Mack Defense M917A3 heavy dump truck (HDT). Mack Defense has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to supply the full range of Mack-branded products to federal agencies for a variety of applications. The one-year contract, which runs to January 2021, includes two additional GSA-optioned one-year extensions, which could push the contract through 2022.

Hendrickson and Mack Defense LLC announced they have received a contract award from the U.S. Army for PRIMAAX EX suspension systems on all new Mack Granite armored and armor-capable dump trucks. Bids were submitted beginning in June 2017 and production will continue through May 18, 2025.
